Every year a lot of teams change their managers, some are very successful like Pep for city or are horrendous like Moyes for United. So here is a list of managers you need to look out for next season.
- Julian Lopetegui- Sevilla
Sevilla had a roller coaster of a season, they were second in La Liga until Christmas and then they had a very bad patch of form which led them to sack Pablo Machin and then ultimately finish 6.
Meanwhile, Julian lopetegui was sacked 1 day before Worldcup as Real Madrid announced him as their next manager. He lost his first manger against Atleti as Real lost the European Super Cup. Then he started the league in tremendous and was amazing until 5 games after that Real Madrid became shit, they lost to Barca at camp nou at the score of 5-1 and he lost his job and after that, he has been out of a job.
I think Sevilla is the kind which Lopetegue will suit. He introduced pressing to Real Madrid which before that used a man marking system. Sevilla has the second most aggression in the League just after Bilbao and they generally press zonally and this basically used 3 at the back system for this, because of this central midfield applied most pressure and the most frequent appearing central midfielder- Ever Banega has the most Aggressions in Europe.
Sevilla also may need to overhaul their squad as Pablo Sarabia Looks like he is leaving, they are not looking like they will buy Andre Silva and they have a few ageing players like Jesus Navas and Ever Banega.
It will be a tough task for Lopetegui but I think he will receive a lot of help from Monchi and the support staff there and certainly would be more successful than his stint at Real Madrid.

2.Sylvinho – Lyon
Lyon appointed Sylvinho last week and to be honest I think it is a bad decision as he has no managerial experience but of assistant of Tite and Roberto Manchini while they were managing Brazil and Inter Milan.
Lyon under Bruno Jenesio was the second best team according to expected points and finished third because Lille had overperformed by 8 points in Ligue. The only explanation of letting him go must have been that Lyon did not progress under him.
Lyon also has to prepare for a squad overhaul as the likes of Depay, Fekir and Ndombele look set to leave and they have an inexperienced sporting director in Juninho. I think Lyon will have a bad season next and will regret this decision.

3. Julian Nagelsmann – RB Leipzig
Before Julian Nagelsmann took Hoffenheim they were relegation candidates, these days they are candidates for European football. He has done all this by playing a very attacking system.
RB Leipzig plays a 4-2-2-2 in which they press a lot and look to play on the counter-attack. I think Nagelsmann would start with that formation and then tweak the system according to him. He would also make them shot monsters and I think they would finish second in Bundesliga next season just behind Bayern and I think this is a right step for Nagelsmann and his career.

4. Peter Bosz- Bayer Leverkusen
Peter Bosz was appointed by Bayer on 23 December of last year and since then, they have been fantastic. He has made them a heavy possession based site who continuously attack.
This transformation has led to bigger players picking up their talent as Julian Brandt has moved to Dortmund and the likes of Kai Havertz and Leon Bailey have been linked to moves,
Bosz’s performance will clearly depend on how they replace their stars, I think they will struggle next season because they won’t be able to replace their talent and they might have a bad patch of the form like Bosz had when got sacked by Dortmund.

5. Carlo Ancelotti
Napoli last year finished 1 point behind champions Juve. This year they have finished 11 points behind Juventus. That has made people wonder, is Carlo Ancelotti a good enough coach. I think he is the best Napoli can get and I think that they will stick with him.
Napoli has become more dynamic and less about possession. They have hardly missed the likes of Jorginho and Hamsik. I think Carlo has done a good job in the league but in Europe, he has been bad, they did not qualify for champions league’s round of 16 despite being first at last matchday and very completely trashed by Arsenal in the Europa league.
I think Ancelotti has to go at least in the quarter-final of the champions league to keep his job and he has to sign a few players to do it, as they need the 27 goal contributions of Dries Mertens, Defensive contributions of Raul Albiol and Kalidou Koulibaly and 19 goal contributions of Jose Callejon.
They have been to very good players who fit the bill, the likes of Duvan Zapata, James Rodriguez and Hirving Lozano, and for some reason Kerien Trippier.
I think Napoli will be the second best team in Italy, but anything could happen because Conte can do wonders at inter and Gasperini has done wonders with Atlanta.

I personally don’t think Ancelloti will have a great season, I think Gasperini should be on the list instead.
