There are a lot of clubs which are run in brilliant ways and set examples for other clubs to follow.so here is a list of 5 clubs who give us the example.

1.  Ajax

Ajax has always been a superpower in the Netherlands and sometimes in Europe. They have an amazing academy which has produced the likes of Matthijs de Ligt, Johan Cruyff, Christian Eriksen, Edwin Van Der Sar and many more.

In their academy, the players are taught a possession-based game. The club depends heavily on the youth academy as they move promising youngsters from the youth teams to the senior team where they can showcase their talent and develop into stars.

Ajax has developed the so-called TIPS model, which stands for Technique, Insight, Personality and Speed. For each part, there are ten criteria. P and S are generally innate properties, but I and T can always be developed further. Ajax coaching sessions always consists of 8 important football ingredients. Together with TIPS, they form the core to the Ajax success philosophy.

1. Coordination training 2. Kicking, Passing and Throw-in 3. Moves to beat an opponent 4. Heading 5. Finishing 6. Position play 7. Position Gameplay 8. Small sided games

Ajax has been very smart in the transfer market and has filled some gaps of their squad with older players which have their squad experience which was very integral to them finishing in champions league semifinals.

Ajax will look to revamp their squad once again as most of their players are looking to leave, I think they will look to bring a few academy players and buy a few older ones.Ajax will always be a superpower in the Netherlands with this business model.

2. Liverpool

Like Ajax Liverpool has always been powerful in their country but have had a crisis in patches like in Jurgen Kloop’s first season they finished 8 but they have drastically improved since as they have finished in 2 champions league finals and finished 2 to a brilliant man city.

All these changes have happened mainly because owners Fenway Sports Group who have invested in analytics a lot. They have put a bunch of gamblers in their transfer committee after the sacking of Brendan Rodgers.

They have identified the exact players their manager needs like MO Salah and Virgil Van Dijk along with taking a few gambels in a way like moving for Joe Gomez and  Andy Robertson.

In that period Anfield’s expansion was also approved and it will now be able to host around 55,000.

Under the current management and ownership, Liverpool looks very stable and will compete for trophies.

3. R.B.Leipzig

R.B.Leipzig was founded on 19 May 2009, just 10 years ago, they are now the 3 best teams in Bundesliga. That is a testimony to how good their business model.

Behind all this success, Ralph Ragnik he has done it all. He has been a sporting director and as well as a manager.

R.B’s business model is to buy young and unknown talent and turn them into superstar.they have also benefited from their sister clubs as they can get very good talent at a very cheap rate from there.

They have taken the likes of Tyler Adams and Nabi Keita from sister clubs.

R.B have also found a loophole in 50+1 rule which is why they are so hated in Germany.

R.B Leipzig’s next challenge is to become a super club and this ambition is supported by their signing of Julian Nagelsmann.

4. Manchester City

Manchester City was bought by Sheikh Mansour of Abu Dhabi 10 years ago. Since then they have won the premier league 4 times.

This all has been possible by having one of the best structures. This was all done by Khaldoon Al Mubarak, the right hand of Seikh.

They have one of the best academies in the World and along with that, they have enormous money which ultimately has helped Man city achieve.

Man city always wanted Pep to be their manager and because of that, they built the squad around his philosophy. In their academy players are taught to play in a 4-3-3 and the principles are basically same as Ajax and Barcelona.

City has a great business team and they basically work as a fortune 500 company with football as their product.

City might only have a crisis if Pep leaves and they do not appoint a good enough replacement, which has happened before to the likes of Barcelona and Bayern Munich.

5.  Borussia Dortmund

Borussia Dortmund was founded 19 December 1909 by a group of young men unhappy with the Catholic church-sponsored Trinity Youth.

Borussia Dortmund was in a lot of trouble in the 2000s, they had a lot of debt and had to go to the stock market to make the club a publicly traded company and because of that debt, they had to rename their stadium Signal iduna park instead of Westfalenstadion and had to receive help from rivals Bayern Munich.

They then changed their business model into buying new and young players giving them playing time and selling them into a unprecedented profit. These include the likes of Ousmane Dembele,Mario Gotze and many more.

BVB now look very stable club and have challenged for Bundesliga title and just fell short by 1 point this year against rivals Bayern Munich.

BVb has added very smartly in the market they have bought the likes of Thorgan Hazard and Julian Brandt for just 50 million less than what Chelsea paid for the outgoing Christian Pulisic.

BVB have also identified great managers like Thomas Tuchel and Jurgen Klopp and are one of the most creative team around.
